  Had a lovely late night meal, service was excellent from Kieran, funny, perfect amount of attentive and just genuinely nice person. Drinks were fast and tasty.

  Lovely 3 course set menu meal. There was plenty of choice for vegetarians and some vegan options which I chose. The portions were excellent and the food tasty. My friend throughly enjoyed her meal as well. The service was great. Next time we return to Southampton we will come again.

  Walked to the area from a nearby hotel looking for somewhere to have dinner. Saw this place had some nice outdoor seating and went inside. I waited a while before a server came, by then I was ready to order. I was surprised they did not have fountain drinks, only warm bottles of soda. After I ordered, another guy was seated outside. He sat there a while without anyone going to his table and he left. My appetizer took about 20 minutes to come out. I ate half of it with the intention of taking the rest of it with me for later. When the lasagna I ordered was brought to the table, I had been there for almost an hour. I also had to stop the server from taking away my partially eaten appetizer. I was expecting a slice of lasagna, but it appears they made them one at a time in a skillet in the oven. It was served extremely hot, enough that they put a sticker on the skillet saying so. The cheese around the edge was burned, and it ended up being a meat, cheese, and noodle mess. I ate as much as I wanted to, then waited for my server to come back so I could get the bill and box. Eventually, I was one of only 2 tables left in the place, and none of the servers were visible. I saw there was a way to pay with my phone, so I just ate what I was going to take with me, paid, and left just under 2 hours after I originally arrived. Far too long for 1 person to have 1 appetizer and 1 entrée.

  Henry was an outstanding server and individual..We tried to use the special on the app..but couldn't download it from our US app..he used his app to apply it..The chicken Milanese and Chianti Ragu were excellent..The whole experience was outstanding and we will return when we cruise again from Southampton..Cheers Henry..

  Food was very good. However it did take a while to come. Service wasn’t great and at the end when we tried to apply our codes they said we could only use 1 when last time we used multiple and it’s not mentioned anywhere in the T&C. Garlic bread was burnt and very small portion. Would recommend the truffle carbonara tho.
